As one of the largest providers of work-based training in the South of England, Paragon Training offers apprenticeship training to over 1000 young people across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and the West of England, giving them the chance to work and learn.
Paragon is able to offer young people the chance to get out into the real world and start training straight away. With connections with a wide range of companies, their industry experienced staff can assist you in finding a job that is right for you
As well as receiving training on the job, you will receive additional training and be able to practice your skills in state-of-the-art facilities. These include a fully equipped training kitchen, commercial hair salons, engineering, motor and marine workshops and IT training facilities; all of which will provide you with inspirational environments in which to develop your talent.
Enrolling on an Apprenticeship will enable you to gain the practical skills, qualifications and experience that today’s employers are looking for, allowing you to progress quickly up the career ladder.
