The BMW Group Apprenticeship Programmes are designed to offer the very best training and give you the opportunity to work on the latest products in the showroom.
As a BMW Apprentice, you will be based at a BMW Dealership to develop your technical skills and gain experience working in a busy environment. In addition, most courses involve sessions at BMW’s flagship development centre, the BMW Group Academy UK. Located at Wokefield Park in Berkshire, this state-of-the-art facility has 32 workshop bays, world-class IT and audio-visual equipment, 21 training rooms and showrooms all designed to provide you with a consistent and high-quality level of training. During your time at the Academy, you will get the opportunity to work on the latest products - everything from the BMW 3 Series to the incredible new MINI - and take advantage of the centre’s extensive leisure facilities, all designed to make each day as enjoyable as it is challenging.
There are four different BMW Apprentice Programmes: Service, Parts, Bodyshop and Motorcycle. On the successful completion of each course, you will gain an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in the area of study, the Institute of Motor Industry (IMI) Technical Certificate, plus core personal development skills in communication, group leadership and project management via Key Skills Certificates.
